Asia Society's International Studies Schools Network
Since 2003, Asia Society has worked in partnership with school districts and charter authorities to create the International Studies Schools Network (ISSN), a national network of design-driven schools that are achieving success in attaining their core mission: to develop college and career ready, globally competent high school graduates. The network currently includes 34 schools in 8 states across the country.
ISSN schools serve students in all grades (ECE-12) with 80% of students served in the network being minorities, and 63% from low-income families.
Through our partnership with the Asia Society, our faculty participates in professional development, our students have access to travel opportunities, and our school benefits from additional evaluation from the ISSN Leadership Team.
